How can I create a scrolling top menu for mobile?

Hi everyone,

I would like to find an app that helps to build this kind of menu for mobile. Meaning that the upper menu will be shown at the top of the page as a scroll from right to left menu for my product categories rather than a dropdown menu.

you do not need an app to do this. You can write custom CSS to make this on your current site. Can you provide your store URL to me? I will review the site and provide you with a quick solution if possible.
