How can I create a second dropdown menu in Flex - Trending Theme Version 5.0.1?

I’m editing Flex - Trending Theme Version 5.0.1.

I want to add a second dropdown menu like

Flex - Wink Demo page (pictured below).

I’ve searched and searched and can’t figure it out

Can anyone help me? Thx in advance.
