How can I create a second header bar with a menu and logo?

Hi !

I have created multiple page templates for diffrent brands and they all have the same headerbar with a menu, the logo and the shopping cart.

I want to have a second headerbar under the first one with a menu and a logo but I do not know how to do it.

Does someone know some code?
