how can i make this feature without using shopify payment ?

Shopify payment is not the only eligible gateway supported in setting up your Shopify subscription. According to the information on creating your subscription, You can also use Authorize.net, PayPal Express, and Stripe depending on your location.
Please refer to this article for all the requirements needed to set up your Shopify subscription.

With this solution, there are no additional Shopify or hidden fees/commissions charged for each payment you receive, only Stripe deducts its own fee.
