I’m trying to create a collection based on items that do not have a tag, but I can only select “Is Equal to” when assigning the collections. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

You can create a manual collection that includes specific products that you choose. The collection will always contain the same products unless you add or remove them. To add a manual collection, please select manual as the collection type, then click Save. Next, you will see a section that allows you to search for products and add them to the collection. Once you finish adding products, you can hit save.
