I am trying to create a trigger that basically is dependent on time. I see an app called Timed Actions under get more actions but any time i try to download it I get an error.
Basically I would want to say at X time remove/add tags, turn off product etc.
Have you looked at the wait action (knowing this is not a trigger)? Does that help?

a time trigger functionality is not available in Flow yet. The team is aware of this need and considers this an important feature in their roadmap.
