It sounds like you are looking to disable a few Shopify emails and have them come directly from Klaviyo. In this case, if you are not on the Shopify Plus plan, you can disable the notifications from automatically sending emails like Abandoned checkout notification, Shipping confirmation, and Delivery updates, including local delivery. Feel free to check out Klaviyo’s guide on how to disable these notifications.
The email order confirmation notification cannot be turned off on the regular Shopify plans. However, you are allowed to customize it directly from your admin. We have a guide that covers this on the Shopify Help Center.
