you can use the below flow to implement the solution.

We can create a meta object at product level where you will have option to add colour name and able to choose the product from admin.

Will update the theme to read the metaobject and implement the flow.

this implementation requires expert coding skills and understanding of metaobjects let me know if have any query.

Yes, your understanding is correct. Maestroo themes have similar implementations but depend on the same metafield.

Our implementation is more advanced as It will not be applicable for the color you can use it in any way like Style, Design.

Yes, once the code is deployed you will just need to create a new metaobject or attach an existing metaobject to the product, no coding help will be required.
