I can’t figure out how to create product templates in the Sense theme. can someone help me?

1.Go to online store
2.Click Themes
3.Click customize of the theme where you want to add product template
4.On the top Drop Down Select Product
5.Click Create template
6.Give a name to product Template
Template is created

ive done that but I am not sure of how to add products to the template

2.Click product you want to add to template
3.In Right Panel Under Online Store You have Theme template
4.In Dropdown Select the newly created Template

What name have you given to new template??
“Tees”
Goto Online store>themes > edit code > search for product.tees.json if its exist then your template is created else template is not created proper
it does exist I can see it. what do I do?
does your theme on which you create template is live ??
no it is not live
That’s Why its not showing in the dropdown. Only Live theme templates shows On the drop Down

you can, but you need to create template with same name and default style of the product in live theme. This Way its shows on the dropdown so you can select it and edit and preview it on draft theme + doesn’t effect your styles.
