@kimlaura90 it is not shopify, this looks completely custom coded. if you need it on your site then you will need to get someone to do it using custom coding.

I can see that you’re trying to create a “custom charm necklace designer,” but the app you’re currently using is causing the chain and charms to disappear after a few steps. For a more stable builder—where charms never disappear and customers can see a live preview as they design—you might consider using Easify Product Options.
