How can I create unique page templates using the sections builder?

I just realized that the default page design I created using sections in the Customizer portal now appears on all of my other pages of the website that use the default template.

I am wondering how to build out separate pages using the sections builder.

For example:

I have a regular page called ‘Find Your Fit’, which I built with sections.

As you can see in the screenshot – I have actually turned OFF the actual page section itself.

I now realize that when I go to make a new page called ‘About’ it is pulling all of sections from the Default Template, and therefore showing all of the blocks from ‘Find Your Fit’. I also have to turn back ON the ‘Page’ section (see below)

SO – my question is – how do I make a separate page template for ‘Find Your Fit’ and ‘About’ that still allows me to utilize the sections builder without having them match in content?

I am guessing this can be done with JSON templates but I am not sure how exactly to go about it.
