How can I customize and rearrange the Dawn footer?

Hey there,

I would like to customize and rearrange the Dawn footer to look as similar as possible to the following:

  1. The big text with the image below half of it and the image to the right

  2. The email subscription box below the image on the right

  3. Menu list below the big text with social media on the right

Would that be possible?
