Hello, ive been customizing the password page of my website but i have run into two issues.

the first issue i have is with the background video, i have changed the css code different times but it doesnt fill the whole page. I have tried different methods but the only thing that changes is it overlaps the whole page, despite me putting the z index as -1 to -1000.
second issue is with the background of my header, footer and email signup, i have tried changing it to transparent but it doesnt seem to work either i made it black in the screenshot below to show the what i mean.
can someone help me look at these and see if im missing something?
