Goal: Modify a Dawn 2.0 product page so the product media displays as a slider/carousel and the product description appears beneath the images.
Proposed approach: Change the product media layout to a carousel in the theme editor. Then add a Custom Liquid block under product details with {{ product.description }} to render the product description. A Loom video was provided for guidance.
Issue encountered: The user could not find the option to change the product media layout.
Additional guidance: A second video advised clicking the “Product information” section and selecting a desktop layout from a dropdown.
Persistent problem: Despite following the steps, the user saw no dropdown; a screenshot showed the “price tag” (Product information) icon highlighted but no settings panel.
Further attempt: The helper shared a reference screenshot indicating where to click; the user still couldn’t access the dropdown.
Outcome/status: No solution implemented. The helper recommended contacting Shopify Support. Discussion remains unresolved. Videos, screenshots, and the Custom Liquid code snippet were central to the troubleshooting.

Im currently on the theme Dawn 2.0. i would like to change my product page looks. is it possible?
Below is my idea.
I want to change the product image to Slider
And move the " Product description " to the bottom of the image

Yes, i did click them. You can see from the “price tag” symbol that it’s highlighted.
But nothing came out like in your video
