I’m struggling to find out how I can tweak Customer Order notifications for different / specific products.
For example… some of my ‘products’ are services so they can’t be saying ‘Thank you for your order we’re packing it for you now and will let you know when it has been shipped’.
Is there a way to differentiate?
What I’d really like to know is if it’s possible to get one to one assistance from a Shopify expert?
