Can I find more settings for the products on option?
Because I want to have an option where my costumer can choose different number and own name on the product.
But I don`t know how to do. Please help!

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with product options and variants to get this resolved. To provide some context, variants allow for products that have more than one option (i.e size and color) to be customized by customers. Currently each product can have up to 3 options with 100 variant combinations natively within Shopify. I recommend checking out our Adding Variants Documentation for more information on this feature.
To customize this even further, such as allowing customers to personalize their product (i.e.putting a name on a t-shirt), an app from the Shopify App Store would be required. We currently have various apps available that will allow you to achieve this and have suggested a few below you can check out:

For your requirements, I recommend creating a custom option set with two elements: a Number text box for customers to enter their desired number and a Text box for them to enter their name.
To achieve this, the free Easify Product Options app is a great choice 
. Allow me to demonstrate how you can use the app to set up your options:
- Start by creating your custom option set.
- Add a Number text box for customers to enter the desired number.
- Add a Text box for customers to enter their name
You can also hide the option names (“Number” & “Name”) if you want:
