Hi Pros! I just want to ask,

On image below.

  1. ) Is there a way to add another checkbox under “email me with news and offers" Called “I agree to Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions”

2.) and also changed the Button color to black.

You have no control over the checkout page.

You can edit the checkout page only for specific changes.
