Hi
I’m using the Taste 2.0 Theme. When my cart is empty I get a button that says “continue shopping”, which is great. When you click the button you are taken to the All Products collection page - not so great. I’d rather one of 2 things to happen instead:

you are taken to the destination of the last viewed page before entering the Cart
-
you are taken to one of my specific collections specified in the code - for example the collection called “thisworks”
I’ve read on here to add an onclick part to the button but it hasn’t worked for me so far no idea what I’m doing wrong.
Can anyone help me with the code to make the magic happen, please?

Hi theree, this is possible by ediiting some code in your cart.liquid, or cart ‘section’ code. Both are possible but getting them back to the product they just added is slightly more involved than hardcoding them to move back to a specific collection.

I’d be happy to direct the user to one of my specific collections - for example the collection called “the whole line up” but I’ve no clue how to do this as everything I’ve tried from various help, chats and discussions hasn’t worked so far.
I’m using the drawer option for my cart type and the code in the cart.liquid only has this:
I added this code to it:
Continue shopping
{{ ‘general.continue_shopping’ | t }}
Nothing happened.
I tried to add code in the main-cart-items.liquid:
but this hasn’t worked either, one chat said to replace the code of the liquid variable:
{{ routes.all_products_collection_url }} with the destination url within anchor tag/element but it hasn’t done anything at all?
if you can help that would be great!
