How can I customize the Dawn theme on my homepage?

Hi,

I have 3 problems with my theme (homepage):

  1. I want the white part covered by the below video/image or slideshow

  2. Can the video start automaticaly and without hosting it on any external website

  3. Can I locate the logo just after the menu lines?

I want something similar to this, can anyone help me? any help much appreciated!
