How can I customize the mobile view of a Nellie Theme slider?

I’m having trouble customizing the mobile view of my site. For some reason, there is a white overlay on the slider and I would like for the collection list on the home page to be in a carousel or grid view

On the mobile version, there is a white overlay on the slider and I would like to remove it and make the banners clickable. I also would like the collection list for the products to be in a grid view or a sliding carousel on the home page instead of really big in a single view.
