How can I customize the product order in Dawn Theme Product Grid?

Hi,

I am using Dawn Theme, I put a product grid on my Shop All Page but I would like to customise the product order, start with Best Sellers at the top of product grid (as it is a new site I wanted to manually select the best sellers)

Right now the products are in alphabetical order.

An idea how I can change that?
