How can I customize the Shopify delivery date picker?

I wanted to chat with someone who can help me customise the default delivery date picker HTML that Shopify offers.

What we need altered is:

  • For the date to read in the Australian format (dd/mm/yyyy)
  • For next day availability to become unavailable after a certain time (4.00pm AEST)
  • To make weekends unavailable, but an option for us to make SOME weekends available.
