The way to disable this pop up will depend on where it is coming from.
Are you using any currency changing apps? Some of them can come with a pop up like this to remind customers and bring their attention to your currency selector. If so, do you know what the name of the app is? You would likely find the option to disable the pop up from within the Apps section when you click on the app in question and go to its Settings. If it is a third party app that was not developed by us, you may need to contact the developers behind the app for assistance in removing this.
It could also be a part of your Theme, in which case the option to disable it would likely be from within the Online Store > Themes > Customize section (theme editor), where you may find the popup on the left hand side under Sections.

Hi, I was setting up shipping rates and I know have this pop up. I would like to remove this. Can you suggest how please?
This is part of shopify. It comes up when you add markets or shipping rates.

When you set your store up for shipping to International Markets, Shopify will automatically install an app called ‘Geolocations’.
You can switch this pop-up off by going to: Apps > Geolocations > Recommendations > Show Recommendations
