How can I deactivate my paid account quickly?

I have paid my outstanding bill to shopify so I could deactivate my account. For some reason it seems like shopify will not allow me to deactivate my account. Could someone please help me deactivate my account as soon as possible. Thank you and have a nice day.

I would like to deactivate mine as well so I can work on a new shopify site I wanted to pay my balance in payments or be absolved of any past bill as I was in mourning over a loss I suffered. I was unable to see my site was hacked during Covid and when I was seeking Shopify help on Facebook others were hacked, Zelle? No help thus far, but I am ready to start over with Shopify if they will work with me. Thanks whoever has helpful solution
