How can I deactivate my store if I forgot the password?

I want to deactivate my store but forgot the password. And I can’t reset it.

Please help me.

Thank you for getting in touch. What issues are you having when you try and reset your password? If you head to our account login page and state that you’ve forgotten your password, you should then receive an email with next steps on how to reset it and gain access to your store. This password reset link will be valid for 48 hours.
