How can I deactivate my store if I forgot the password?

I want to deactivate my store but forgot the password. And I can’t reset it.

Please help me.

Thank you for getting in touch. What issues are you having when you try and reset your password? If you head to our account login page and state that you’ve forgotten your password, you should then receive an email with next steps on how to reset it and gain access to your store. This password reset link will be valid for 48 hours.

If you are not receiving this email or are not able to reset your password despite trying this method, please contact our support team directly so that we can try and help you regain access to your account. You can choose the “Continue without logging in” option on this page and speak to someone via our live chat feature. They can advise on next steps and can send your ticket to our accounts team if necessary, who can assist with verifying you on the account and helping you log back in.
