I want to close my store, but it said: “To close your store, you need to contact support”. I could not contact any support because the site just oops something went wrong. What can I do now? Please help.

You should be able to close your store on your own following these instructions, although please let me know if you run into an issue with this process. Our support team can be contacted via the Shopify Help Center; you can speak with the chatbot on the right-hand side and ask to be directed to a support agent. If the Help Center isn’t loading, please try accessing it on different browsers or on a different device. Please let me know if you cannot close your store or access the Help Center.
