My developer added a banner to my website, it is on every page. As this was an offer I need to remove the banner, but I can not find the code in the Theme to delete it.
Hoping someone can help, as my customers think the offer is still ongoing.
I have attached the picture below.

Would you be able to share which banner you would like to have removed from the online store? Also, could you let us know which theme is being used? As this context will determine the next steps to take to remove the banner.
You may be able to remove the banners on the online store by navigating to the Theme Editor by selecting Online store > Themes > Customize. Depending on which banner you would like to remove, you can select the section to see if there is a possible way to remove the text or banner entirely.
As for example, if you are wanting to remove the banner that is displaying towards the top of the page, you can select on the Header section of the online store and choose to hide the announcement bar.

I took a look back into your online store and it looks like the banner “10% OFF School Books - Code Back2School” has been removed. I did want to bring to your attention that the discount code Back2School was not successful when attempting to checkout.
