You can’t delete this campaign yet. Your campaign includes one or more non-draft activities. Delete these first, and then try deleting your campaign.

A campaign deletion can fail when the campaign has activities that are not in a draft, deleted or deleted externally status. As per the banner you encountered, you will need to delete the activities first before you can delete your campaign. You may do this by following the steps below.

In your Shopify admin, click Marketing > Campaigns.

Select the campaign you wish to delete.

Click Edit activity underneath the activities you wish to delete.

At the bottom of the page, click Delete activity.
You can then attempt to delete your marketing campaign again by following these steps:
- In your Shopify admin, click Marketing > Campaigns.
- Click the ellipsis (
⋯) next to the campaign you wish to delete and select Delete campaign. - Optional: Click the campaign you wish to delete, click the More actions drop-down menu, and then select Delete campaign.
