How can I delete domain information from my account?

I request to delete the domain information connected to my other account. I’m trying to connect the domain through another account, but it’s not working

Hi @HANO ,

If it’s a third-party domain, you may remove that domain from the other store before connecting it to your new store.

Here’re the steps to remove 3rd-party domains:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Domains.
  2. In the Third-party domains section, select the domain that you want to remove.
  3. Do one of the following:
  • If your account is on the Basic Shopify plan, then click Remove.
  • If your account is on the Shopify, Advanced Shopify, or Shopify Plus plan, then click Manage > Remove.
  1. Click Remove again to confirm.

If it’s a Shopify managed domain, you can refer to this post to remove it.
