thanks for letting me know. And exactly, I’m pretty annoyed about that 
But I just check one store from my country which runs also on Shopify- tried to make checkout and this option is hidden, so maybe its made by the app or something. I also contacted support for solution (and show them that page). So I will let you know if I find out something helpful.
