Are you looking to remove the information under “Additional details” for this order specifically or you wish to remove the section for all orders?
May I ask why you are looking to remove this section if you are attempting to accomplish the latter?

Thanks for clarifying. If you are simply wanting to edit the additional details from the order you referenced, you should be able to click on “edit” to remove or add content. However, please note that cart attributes are not supported Shopify and any further alterations you wish to make to this section will need to be referenced back to this Community post.
