How can I delete my partner account on an e-commerce platform?

Hi there,

Could you please help me to delete my Shopify partner account? I have created for testing purpose for my shopify app. Now, I have business account. So, I need to close this account.

For that only the Shopify support team will help you to delete it.
You have to communicate the Shopify Support team, Tell them to remove your partner account,
by sending them the partner id.

Deleting a Shopify partner account can’t be done from the Partner’s end. It will require Shopify internal teams to delete Partner accounts on the back end.

I suggest you please contact Shopify Support Team by logging in and selecting your shop. Our Support Advisors are available by live chat, email, and phone callback and would be happy to assist you with the process of disabling your Partner accounts!

Partner accounts can only be deleted/disabled by our internal teams so this will require reaching out to our live support team. Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the “ask about a topic” bar, then hit continue to support to access.

Just so you are aware: If we delete your partner account, all other accounts associated with your Identity email address will also be deleted. This includes any other partner accounts or stores that you may have. Deleting your account will mean that you can no longer log in, and your data will be deleted according to our retention schedule.
