How can I delete 'Review Title' in product reviews and create two columns?

Hello. How can I remove ‘Review title’? There is no way to hide this field in the settings.
And how can I make 2 columns - on the left is a field for writing reviews, on the right are reviews of other buyers. In the desktop version, the standard solution is not very convenient

P.S. I tried adding this code,

.spr-form-review-title {display: none !important;}

but it only hides the field, but does not solve the problem of mandatory text in this field
