How can I design a contact menu with a form and block overview?

Hello everyone,

Could you please help me with one of the section in the footer menu?
In the contact section, I would like to have both a contact form and a separate block with an overview of all contacts. So that these sections are next to each other in one row (not below each other as shown in the picture).
