How can I differentiate customer inputs in different personalisation boxes?

Hi all,

So we have a site that we have some personalisation box’s on. We’ve named these box’s different on each product. All works great, how ever its causing confusion on the order form page.

So on the product page on the site, it says Top Line: then the box.. Bottom Line: then the box. These work great for clients to add in their text, but when it comes through to us, it just shows the text they entered, so I don’t know what’s on the top line or Bottom line.

Is there a way to change this so I can see what they have input in each box? It will cause alot of trouble for me if I can’t? Ideally don’t want to use an app?
