How can I directly contact tech support for immediate help?

Is there anyone I can talk to directly for tech help? I have looked all over online for an 800 # or something… Waiting over an hour hoping someone will answer my questions in a discussion forum is a bit ridiculous when you need help now for a down website! Where can I get ahold of tech support to speak directly to someone for help?

I understand that this is frustrating. You mentioned that your website is down, so I just wanted to clarify - is both your admin and storefront currently experiencing an outage, or is it just one of the two? Also, could you please let me know what you see when you try to access it? If possible, a screenshot would be most helpful!

Sometimes issues regarding accessing your store can be resolved through some local troubleshooting steps, so if you haven’t tried it already, here are my suggestions:

  • Clear your Google Chrome browser cache and cookies by following these steps here and try to access it again.
  • Use an alternative device to try and access it, i.e. if you are doing this on mobile, try it on a desktop.
  • Reset your internet - network errors can sometimes lead to similar issues.

If none of the above has worked for you, our team may need to take a closer look at the store for you. Could you please reach out to us following this link here so that we can investigate it further. Hello Lana, I can get into my admin store front, but it’s not showing as live. Says website cannot be found. I also keep trying to email and contact a support person but it keeps sending me to a generic page telling me to select my store… then sends me back to the same generic page. I am beyond frustrated at this point… I called an 888 # which said it was no longer in service.

I was trying to get help and was speaking with Don… It’s been two hours of me waiting for a reply!

I had a look at the DNS records for this domain using a free online tool and it returned no results for either an A or CNAME record.

Would you have edited or updated these records with your domain registrar recently?

I see - thank you for clarifying this. I see that Don had a couple of questions about your domain - were you able to give him those details, and if not, please feel free to share it with me here.

As for contacting us, if you find that it is giving you trouble to get in touch using the login option, could you instead try to Continue without logging in and see if it lets you through? You should next see a search bar where you can enter keywords related to your issue, then after you click Search you may scroll down to the bottom and select one of the available support options there.
