How can I disable auto selection of category in products

When I add a product (i’m using the Drop) theme in the back end Shopify tries to suggest a category for it which is really annoying especially as it’s for an art print shop. Is there any way of disabling this?

Please check if you have enabled the suggested category options; if so, disable them.

I don’t have that option. I wondered if it might be Shopify Magic, the AI tool as I also have ‘generate text’ in the product description toolbar

Did you ever figure out if there’s a way to turn this off? It drives me nuts!
