How can I disable clickable product tags on the Wokiee theme?

I am using the wokiee theme and have enabled the ‘Show product tags’ option on the product page.

However, I do not want the tag to be a clickable link to other products with the same tag.

Does anyone know how to disable this? I just want the tag to display as text.

Not all products use the tags, but the 1st product on the homepage does.

Can you please send the URL of the product that shows tag, because the first product on the home page does not display the tag.

Hi Moeed,

That is the correct product. As mentionned in the original post, I have renamed it from ‘Tag’ to ‘Generation’.

It is the number 3 that I want to remove the link for, but on all products.

Follow these Steps:

  1. Go to Online Store
  2. Edit Code
  3. Find theme.liquid file
  4. Add the following code in the bottom of the file above tag.
