I have inherited a shopify site from another developer. Am trying to figure my way out.
The site is designduality.studio.
I can see a chat window on the home page. How does one disable / customize it?

Found that this is the quick replies feature.
Disabled it by Inbox → Appearance → Online Store Visiblity
