How can I disable Shopify's order confirmation email?

Hi There,

My customers received two order confirmation emails. One from Shopify and the other from Klaviyo.
Now I want to turn off an email sent by Shopify.

Can anyone tell me how can I do this?

You can follow the below steps to resolve this issue.

1. Log in to your Shopify account and go to Settings.
2. Click on Notifications.
3. Scroll down to the Order Confirmation section and click on it.
4. On the Order confirmation page, you will see a checkbox labeled “Send order confirmation emails to customers.” Uncheck this box to turn off the email notification sent by Shopify.
5. Click on Save to save your changes.

This is incorrect, you cannot disable the main Shopify Order Confirmation email. There is no checkbox for Order Confirmation:
