How can I disable text hover functionality on a Broadcast theme?

Hello!

Would love anyones valuable assistance.

I am working with a black and white only website - theme is Broadcast.

I dont want the text to have the hover functionality (see this page in particular where the text is light grey).

I need the text to be either full white on black, OR full black on white.
