I got a theme that works great problem is it has a pop up for abandoned carts that shows up and it does not take me anywhere

What is the name of your current theme? If it’s one from the Shopify Theme Store, I would be happy to add a copy to my test store and take a look at the popup settings to see if there’s an option to disable it or edit where it takes the customer. For any of the free themes from Shopify, I can check in with our Theme Support team to see what can be adjusted, and if it is a third-party theme, we can take a look at the theme developer’s documentation if necessary.
