How can I disable the 'Proof of 18+' option before printing shipping labels?

Hi!
Recently I noticed that my prior to printing out a shipping label, I am required to check off that my customer is 18+ by checking off “Proof of 18+” for $3. I have never seen this before. How do I turn this section off?
