How can I disassociate my deactivated Shopify account from my Facebook page?

Hallo

I have a FB page, and my shopify account is the owner of the page. How do I change that. It prevents me from doing certain stuff on my FB page. My shopify shop is deactivated. I need to delink the shopify from FB

This change can be completed within your Business Manager Account, but requires you to be both admin of the Business Manager and the Page in question. I recommend checking out Facebook’s How to Assign or Change A Page Owner documentation for those detailed steps. It outlines, you can:

  • From your News Feed, click Pages in the left menu.
  • Go to your Page.
  • Click Settings.
  • Click Page Transparency.
  • Below Assign Page Owner, click Assign.
  • Choose a verified Business Manager or disclaimer and click Assign.
