Hi, I closed my shop a few weeks ago but am unable to disconnect it from Facebook. Please advise how I can do this.

In order for us to take a closer look into the account, we will need to authenticate you for the store in question. Since we cannot authenticate you over our community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, it would be best and more secure to login to your store using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to verify you as the store owner before discussing the situation with a Support Advisor.
Alternatively, you may be able to disconnect the Shopify store from your Facebook account by navigating to the business integrations. I did come across to finding this guide on how you can manage your business integrations from the Facebook Help Center.
