How can I disconnect my domain from a closed store?

Hi there,

I am stuck with a situation going in circles for about 6 months now. I really need help.
Last April 2022 my shop was closed because I made a big mistake using the Shopify payment for prohibited product (sex toys) despite the fact that Shopify reviewed my shop and gave me green light to use their shopify payment for that… anyway…

Once my shop has been suddenly closed by Shopify on last April, I did contact the Shopifyt support via chat to clarify the situation and disconnect my url (third-party-domain). Unfortunately, I have been told that they can’t reach my requests since my case is handled by the legal team. So I did wrote the legal with the ticket number on the same day (April 16th). I never get any reply… I did wait few weeks but nothing… after that Shopify support ask to wait and wait an answer from the legal team.

I gave up for a while till early October when I contact again the Shopify support Chat. I told them that I nver recieved any answer from the legal and I requested them again to see if they could disconnect my url from my previous closed shop… Same answer: because of the status of the domain, I have to contact the legal team with ticket number. But at that time Support told me that if I do not received any answer from legal after one week I have to contact Support chat again with the transcript ticket number… So I did send an email again to Legal team. After waiting for 3 weeks , no answer.

Last night I reach again the Shopify Support via chat asking them again to tell them that I did send email to legal team three week ago with no answer and I asked to see if they can finally disconnect my url, but still I have been requested to send another email to the legal team…

The situation is going in circle again and again… I am completely lost about what to do as Shopify support does not support at all and I can’t go ahead with my website since my url is still connected to a closed Shopify store that I can’t access anymore…

Please help and advise.. thank you very much in advance.
