How can I disconnect the H1 tag from the sticky header?

Hi,

I am just starting my online store and trying to work on my SEO.

I think I have found my H1 tag but it looks like it is connected to the sticky header. (If my terminology is correct?)

Does anyone have suggestions on how I can fix this?

I don’t want my H1 tag attached to the sticky header as I am unable to change for keywords to improve my SEO ranking. I am pretty new to this so not sure if I am looking at this right? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

you need to find header.liquid file and then look for nav-items you can replace h1 tag with the desired one

Yes I have found it but if I remove it. It messes up the header. Not sure
if I am doing something wrong. This is pretty new to me.
