My site currently displays 4 icons/thumbs on the home page and on the all products page and I would like to display 6 or 8 if possible please?

I appreciate that you have included a screenshot and URL to your online store as that is super helpful. Could you let us know which theme you are using? If you are unsure about which theme is live on your store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
