How can I display 8 products in a row using the Dawn theme?

I’m utilizing Collections to exhibit my products and aiming to showcase 8 products in a single row. Unfortunately, the Dawn theme is restricting my ability to do so. Is there a possible approach to modify the display to show 8 products in a row?

Step 1: Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
Step 2: Sections->/collection-list.liquid and change the “max” value refer to the screenshot below.
