How can I display a custom password page while in developer mode?

Hi

I am building a website for a client and I have built a custom password page on the “Motion” theme.

The problem is the password page that is showing is the basic shopify password page.

Is that because I am still in developer mode?

Is it possible to display any custom password page whilst the store is in development mode? Before transferring to the client?

I dont want the client to start paying the monthly fees before the site is built but at the same time I want the password page to be customised.

Any help would be fantastic
